TLC is committed to providing children with the foundation they need to enter school ready to learn. The first five years of life are a critical window to learning. TLC's environment and programming are designed to provide stimulation for your child's emotional and intellectual development, thus helping to ensure your child's future success.
TLC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our operating funds come from tuition, grants and the support of our community. Ask how you can support TLC!
